Unlike his article, what (a veteran U.S. diplomat) says is always something unexpected, original and yet true. And that’s why the Kremlin appreciated Henry Kissinger’s “character out of Dostoevsky” remark about Putin.

I, personally, see in the great U.S. diplomat’s visiting Moscow a positive sign and it’s not rocket science why: Kissinger did so before in the ’70s when he pioneered the policy of détente with us.
